My first Green/White

Well what a snowy week it was. I'm so sick of the snow but I know we really need it. I know I've been complaining lately about the snow but I really appreciate it and want all the lakes and streams to be full. So I can go fishing and boating this summer and not have to worry about fires and having no water in the lakes and streams. Well it's almost time for my last math test and my teacher gave our class what we need on this test to be exempt from the final. All I need is an 80% for an A- and an 83% for an A in the class. So that's what I'm going to be focusing on this next couple of days. Our final scrimmage is tomorrow and I'm really excited to play in my first Green/White scrimmage. I'm on the white team and we are going to kill the green team. My parents are coming down for the game and the Digger auction so that will be nice to see them. In between the game and the auction we are going to look for a place for me to live next year. This Sunday I will be going paintballing in Andaconda with a bunch of rookies so I'll be shooting the crap out of the them.

Snow Wait Did I Just Say Snow??

Well what a crazy week it was! I went out to my aunt’s house for my cousin’s birthday and ate some fried chicken on Tuesday after my softball game. In our softball game we did a lot better this game then last but we ended up getting killed by a lot. So I don’t know if you can believe all the snow we got this past weekend because I can’t; I was so happy to have some nice weather for football but now we have six inches of snow. So I only have one more practice and one more scrimmage until my first spring football is officially over. This spring was a lot of learning which was a good thing since I didn’t know any of our plays. I think I’m coming along really well in football we just watched some film from our last scrimmage and I messed up a couple of times but did pretty good so I’m happy. On Wednesday I went out to Ramsey School to do that CFWEP activity; it was pretty fun except it was snowing but I had a good time with the kids and learned some things. My parents also came down last week on Wednesday to look for a place for me to live next year. I’m going to live by my self next year after living in the dorms this past year. Then maybe later look for a roommate down the road. So I don’t know about you but I’m so ready for school to get out; having this bad weather makes it easier for me to be in school because if it were nice out I would want to be fishing or something.

The Count Down!!!

Do you love this weather as much as I do? I think I even got a little sun burn during football practice today; how sweet is that? So I went down to my grandparent’s house this morning and went to Three Bears, then to see my uncle Bob and finally went to see my other uncle Donny. During those stops we ended up at a garage sale and my grandfather bought an old table saw for $5. So practice went good today; but it was pretty warm outside but I’m not complaining. This Wednesday I will be going out to Ramsey school to help them with the Clark Fork Water Shed Education Program. This is for my Environmental Issues class I will get a grade raise for doing this so if I have a B+ for my final grade then she will bump it up to an A-. This week I’ll be signing up for classes for this semester; so I’m pretty excited. I’ll be down at the library during my free hours so I can start to work on my final papers for two of my classes. Okay this school year has flown by; I can’t believe it’s almost summer and have a year of college under my belt. We only have six practices of spring football left and the big green white scrimmage so it even has gone by fast. We only have twenty official days left of school but I might only have eighteen days because my math test is on the last day of school and we can be exempt from it if you have an A in the class and get a B on the last test before the final so I’m right on my way towards that. Well I’ll check back in on Wednesday this week!

Can we say 96%!!!!!!!!

Well what an exhausting week it was. My whole week pretty much consisted of studying for my math test on Thursday. It paid off in the long end; I got a 96% on it so I was so stoked I couldn’t believe it. Well practice has been going pretty well for me; we had practice on Monday and Friday of this week and a scrimmage today. My parents came over it was very nice to see them because I haven’t seen them since Easter Break. The scrimmage went well for me I think; I messed up a couple of times but I’m starting to get more of a grip on the plays and who to block. Let’s just say it’s a lot easier when you react instead of thinking. After the scrimmage my mom treated me to lunch at Matt’s they have the best fries and burgers in town. Then my mom dropped me off and I laid in bed and got some much needed R&R. My roommate Sean then wanted to play some Guitar Hero so we ROCKED out for an hour or so. We also ate our usual dinner for Saturday night at the M&M I hade the usual omelet. So it’s official my softball team is the sweetest ever, it consist of the O line from the Montana Tech football team. I’m not positive of the final score from our game on Wednesday but I think we got killed by lets say around 25 runs. So I cannot wait for summer to come; I’m so excited to go fishing and mow lawns and hang with some friends from high school.

The M & M

I know I’m going to sound like a broken record but I’m so sick of this weather. It seems like the days we don’t have practice its so nice outside and once you mention football practice old Mother Nature gets angry. Our rescheduled scrimmage was this afternoon, it wasn’t to cold outside or to warm it was pretty perfect. I did pretty well; I messed up a couple of times but I was also playing positions that I have never practiced before. So I think that I didn’t do to bad but I didn’t do that great either. Well I went to the Oboma speech last night, he’s a pretty powerful speaker but I’m not a fan of him at all. I took some pretty sweet pictures. I’m a Republican and proud of it, and you couldn’t ever get to change sides. So after Oboma spoke I went up to the M & M to grab some dinner; I get the same thing every time I go there. I get a bacon and cheese omelet with extra crunchy hash browns and gravy on top and I get wheat toast for $6.75 you cant beat that. Then I called Sean my roommate and he came down and ate dinner and then we played pool again like on Friday night; he beat me three games to two. This week I don’t really have anything planned except school and practice so it should be an easy week.

25 Days and Counting!

So its official I’m so so so so so so sick of it snowing! I finally think its going to start warming up and I get my snow tires off yesterday then it has to snow the day after I get them off; just my luck. Football practice has been going extremely well, except the weather hasn’t really been that great during practice. I’m learning all the plays mostly and getting the schemes to. We were supposed to have a scrimmage today but I think it was rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon, so I hope it warms up and the snow melts. This week was a pretty easy week; I ate dinner at my Grandparents house Thursday night we had roast, mash potatoes & gravy, pees & gravy, bread and sweat rolls for desert. So I counted the number of days left before school is out for summer and we only have 25 days left. This year has flown by I cant believe that its almost summer it feels like just yesterday I was driving down to Butte for my first day of football. Well tonight I’m going to the Hilary Obama debate at the Civic Center. I’m not a Democrat but I think that it will be an experience to see how this whole thing works. I’m hoping to get some pictures of them if I do I’ll post them on my next blog.
